Proportional Valve Operated Hydraulic Test Facility

The work that was carried out last week was above our expectations. During the last few weeks the work on all the system from the ring main installation to the wiring and commissioning has gone perfectly to plan. The contractors liaised with ourselves to ensure we were happy with all aspects of the installation. The end result has given ourselves a fantastic facility. The ring main and controllers will give the ASTC a unique capability for a University and open the door for even more testing solutions’
We would like to give everybody a huge thank you for the effort put in to this installation.

I fully concur with Shane! What a pleasure to work with consummate professionals and clear experts in their fields. Thank you so much for delivering on time, on cost and exceeding our expectations.
I shall remember this installation during the dark days when things do not go right, when things are late and remember that with proper planning, and dedication, excellence can be achieved!
Thanks again and I hope to work with you in the future!

Advanced Hydraulics Ltd. Won a contract to design, supply, install and commission a proportional valve operated hydraulic test facility.

The University of Sheffield AMRC with Boeing had been commissioned to produce a test facility for a leading tow bar manufacturer but wanted a test unit that would be versatile and able to be used for a multitude of test operations.

This particular product had a requirement to be load tested on three different axis and each axis to be constantly monitored.

The Unit consited of a 900 litre reservoir, 135 Kw installed power and a maximum of 300 LPM oil flow with test pressure upto 210 Bar maximum.

The University of Sheffield AMRC with Boeing identifies, researches and resolves advanced manufacturing problems.

Established in 2001, the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre with Boeing is a world-class centre for innovative research.
