Design, Build & Install
Our experience in systems design spans across decades and many different aspects of hydraulic applications in a multitude of industries, from one of the worlds leading confectionery manufacturers to our countries Nuclear power plants.
We offer full 3D capabilties to complement our systems design and layout.
Here in our purpose built factory, we have a very experienced team of Hydraulic Power pack manufacturers with a wealth of experience in all aspects of engineering.
Our power packs vary greatly in size and complexity from small 30 litre capacity to 2000 litre, 90 KW units capable of 300 l/m.
We offer full certification in accordance with our ISO procedures and can accommodate F.A.T requirements.
From concept through to installation, our own engineers have installed systems both in the UK, Europe and as far as Asia.
With a thorough understanding of all the requirements from aesthetics to cleanliness, flushing to pressure testing our engineers will complete each step in a professional manner whilst liasing with the project leader.
To complement our in house design and manufacture of hydraulic power units, we also offer a solution to all your hydraulic component requirements.
With our expertise & knowledge we can cross reference and offer updated or more cost effective components as well as like for like.
With access to a vast range of manufacturers products from intrinsically safe to ATEX approved and standard parts, we can supply components quickly and economically to reduce downtime and lost production.
